I really enjoyed this book for young children. I really liked the writing in this story and it was easy to understand. I feel that younger children would enjoy having this book read to them and third graders and older could easily read and understand the story. I enjoyed the aliens and the fantasy parts in this story. I really like Dylan, Jack and Tripp. I liked that they get to have their adventure. I loved this latest book in this series. I really enjoyed getting to know a little more about Ellis, Hanks sister. I loved all the twists and turns that Mae and Dottie and Ellis went through in trying to discover the murderer. I loved the ending. I love this series and this is another great story. I recommend reading the first two books in this set or at least have read some of the other books with Pendergast and Constance. I love all the twists and turns. I love the suspense. I love that there are cases in the past and the present that connect with each other. I cannot wait to read the next book in the series. I liked this fourth book the best of this series. I really liked the flow of this book better than the first three books. I loved Annalisse working with Bill in this story in New Zealand. I loved the descriptions of some of the land in New Zealand. I loved the twists and turns. I was surprised by the tragic ending but I really liked it.
