This was one of my favorite debut novels that I have ever read. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series. Theresa and Broderick were engaged and then were separated and this story full of history and intrigue and romance helps to bring these two together. I loved learning a bit about how the secret service first started. I enjoyed learning a bit about counterfeit money and how it was created. There were a few twists and turns that kept me guessing for a little bit. I received a copy of this book from I Read with Audra fir a fair and honest opinion that I gave of my own free will.
I give this book a five out of five stars.
